A few days ago Jason Alexander posted that one of the founders of BlueDot.us had responded to an email he sent to their customer service, saying that he was thoroughly impressed. Jason's exact quote was:

In a post last night I wrote about signing up for Pheedo, but never getting around to implementing it. Within hours Bill Flitter, the founder of Pheedo, left a comment to my post offering to put me in contact with one of their implementation engineers to assist in getting it set up. In addition he answered a question I posed in my post on a related but different topic.
