Another business lesson from Pheedo

Published to Blog on 24 Mar 2007

A few days ago Jason Alexander posted that one of the founders of had responded to an email he sent to their customer service, saying that he was thoroughly impressed. Jason’s exact quote was:

_Let that be a business lesson for everyone: reader and interact with your customers directly. You’ll reap huge benefits in return. I promise. _

In a post last night I wrote about signing up for Pheedo, but never getting around to implementing it.  Within hours Bill Flitter, the founder of Pheedo, left a comment to my post offering to put me in contact with one of their implementation engineers to assist in getting it set up. In addition he answered a question I posed in my post on a related but different topic.

I’ll just defer to Jason A’s quote: now you have two great examples.
