I’m not really looking for props, but I thought I’d throw it out there. My nerd street cred should skyrocket after this announcement:
For Christmas I bought my wife and my children their own vanity URLs and set them up with their own blogs.
In all actuality they are just setup as users of this site with their own blogs and galleries, which was built on Community Server 1.1. However, their domains link to this site and the site is setup to forward directly to their blog if you enter using their domain name - just as entering the site through my domain name takes you directly to my blog.
I’m pretty pleased with Community Server 1.1 - more on that in a later post.
