Ohio State vs Michigan, Part II?

What a fantastic game. Ohio State and Michigan are obviously the best two teams in the country. I'm sure had the game been played in Ann Arbor it might have had a different outcome.

It will be a great injustice if Michigan does not get to play Ohio State again in the title game. I can foresee little that would cause me to change my mind.  I don't even think a USC blowout over UCLA or a Florida SEC finale by large margins should propel either team into the National Championship. And as much as I like Notre Dame, I think they have no right to make an appearance over Michigan after being thoroughly throttled by them at Notre Dame earlier this year.

As much as I fear seeing Michigan getting another shot at OSU on a neutral field, I think it is the right outcome. The goal, of course, is to have the two best teams in college football playing in the National Championship game. Ohio State and Michigan are the two best teams.

I find it sad that there is no mention of the mighty Syracuse Orange in this post...oh wait, you are not talking about hoops

But speaking of hoops, I'm getting excited about Big East basketball getting started up! This is going to be a fantastic year.
