Old dining room, new office (first couple of days)

Remember when I said that I was surrounded by piles of computer pieces, odd parts, CDs, stacks of paper, etc?  I wasn't kidding and here are the pictures to prove it:

The day before these pictures were taken I was using the old dining room table as my desk. That table has since found a new home - someone else's home. Here you can see part of an old student desk, which I am currently using. That desk should be by something decent this weekend.

The office doesn't look anything like these pics anymore - well at least not a lot like them. All the bookshelves are now inside the room. Most of that pile of stuff has been filed away somewhere appropriate. The walls/doors are not in place yet; we're waiting on french doors that we ordered from Lowe's to come in.

I'll snap a couple more pics this weekend of my office's current state and then I will get a few more once everything is in place (including the new wall and doors).
