I recently found Sachin Rekhi's blog: Sachin Rekhi's Ramblings - On Mastering Database Development with Visual Studio Team Edition for Database Professionals.  I don't remember where I found the first link to the blog, but it was probably through Mike Gunderloy's Daily Grind or Jason Haley's Interesting Finds :)

In the last two weeks Sachin has defined database unit testing and refactoring as well as begun providing examples and diving further into the subject. 

Sachin is a member of the product team for VSTS Database Professionals so much of the content is obviously centered around that product.  However, though I have no immediate intentions of adopting VSTS for Database Professionals, I have learned a lot of new things that I can apply to my own unit tests and continuous integration process. I'm just starting to tackle the subject of database unit testing and the knowledge imparted by Sachin will be very useful.
