Digging My Blog - Dan Hounshell

Another .Dan Powered Site

Telligent is looking for someone who rocks!

Scott Water posted yesterday that we are looking for someone to join our product team.

The product team is in charge of products, duh, including Community Server and others (that I can't talk about here, shhhhh) along with coming up with great new ideas and making them happen - like BlogMailr. Additionally we also work on a couple of very large ASP.Net sites and some of the largest installations of Community Server.

We're looking to add someone to our sites team. So basically you'll be working with me! We'll be buddies, pals, friends! We'll IM each other a lot, I'll tell you stories about my kids, you'll laugh politely like you always do. You can come visit this summer and we'll grill out - I hope you like pulled pork with Carolina-style sauce!

You'll be joining a great team full of unbelievably great people. We build kickass stuff. We work on kickass sites. We learn about all ASP.Net news before the rest of the world. We get to play with all the latest stuff before anybody else. Sound like fun? Do you live and breathe ASP.Net?

Scott listed out the following requirements in his post:

  1. You must be able to work in the US.
  2. Experience using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. Strong client side skills (CSS/JavaScript) are a big plus.
  3. Experience with Community Server is nice as well.
  4. You wake up everyday loving to write code.

People in the Dallas area are preferred, but telecommuting may me an option for the right candidate. Junior as well as senior developers will be considered. But in an internal email (Yes, I'm feeling a bit frisky tonight) - Scott said that the most important thing is that the person rock!

Do you want to be one of the Telligenti? Do you ROCK ?!?!?

You MUST be feeling frisky!  I enjoyed it!  I thought maybe this newest rocker would be working with you. I hope you find someone worthy.
